JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the First Information Report and he has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dipak Pandey before the police in Ramgarh Police Station Case No. 21/16 registered under section 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that apart from the present case, the petitioner has been implicated in the aforesaid case also. It is contended that there is self incriminatory statement of co-accused Dipak Pandey, who has named this petitioner. It is urged that co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26086 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 Rituraj Singh, who is on identical footing, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18083 of 2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Sonu Pandey, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Natwar Police Station Case No. 78/15 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Bikramganj, Sasaram, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
