Mr. Mishra has fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the respondents have recalled the order appointing junior to the petitioner as Professor-in-charge and as such for all practical purposes the writ petition has become infructuous. However, he submits that this ad hoc arrangement of appointment of Professor-in-charge is not congenial for the college and he submits that the University may be directed to take steps for appointment/ posting of regular Principal in the college in question.
So far as the appointment/posting of regular Principal in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1715 of 2017(3) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 the college in question is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Vice-Chancellor, B.N.Mandal University along with a copy of this order and the Vice-Chancellor of the University may take step for posting of regular Principal in the college in question preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
