This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 718 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(A), 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 718 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53678 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.
