From a perusal of the show-cause, it appears that now the proceeding has reached its finality and the order of punishment has been passed against the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.13 of 2017 (5) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 occasioned on account of procedure which occurred on account of certain circumstances which were beyond the control of the concerned officer.

Thereafter, this matter was placed before the departmental Minister and also forwarded to the B.P.S.C. for its approval. Ultimately, now the proceeding has reached its finality. He has expressed his regret for the delay.

In view of the fact that the matter stands sufficiently explained in the show-cause today, the M.J.C. application now stands disposed of.
