The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against her. The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Vijay Ram on 11.06.2014. The petitioner happens to be the daughter of the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and all the family members have been made accused. Similarly situated co-accused Renu Devi and others have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 482/2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28031 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 128/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
