2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and she has been made accused merely because she is sister of husband of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with the family affairs of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55668 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No. 77 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
