JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 5 litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 28.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
