Petitioner seeks bail in Rail Raxaul P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner is in jail since 10.09.2018 for recovery of 33 liters of country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VIIth Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Motihari in connection with Rail Raxaul P.S. Case No.59 of 2018.
