JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307,353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the informant being Chowkidar saw co accused Ramashish Choudhary abusing someone when the informant inquired then Ramashis started firing, thereafter co accused Rambali Yadav and Ramashish Yadav came armed with pistol and resorted to firing but no injury was caused.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner only a member of mob and the accusation of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35063 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 firing is not against the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O P) P.S. Case No.418 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
