1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-11 for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant modification application has been filed seeking modification of Para-2 of the order dated 16.05.2025 in CWJC No.13711 of 2024.
3. It is next submitted that from perusal of Para-2 of
Patna High Court MJC No.2516 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 the order dated 16.05.2025, it would manifest that the same records two sale deed numbers being sale deed nos.3759 and 3763. It is submitted that sale deed no.3759 has been correctly recorded but sale deed no.3763 is incorrectly recorded. It is submitted that sale deed no.3763 be read as sale deed no.3863.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not have any objection to the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as in I.A. No.01 of 2025, petitioner had recorded the sale deed no.3863.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, in Para-2 of the order dated 16.05.2025 in CWJC No.13711 of 2024, sale deed 3763 shall be read as sale deed no.3863.
6. The order is modified to the extent as indicated above.
7. The modification application is allowed.
