This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on behalf of the petitioner is directed against the order dated 18.02.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.144 of 2012/61 of 2012, whereby the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya, while allowing the aforesaid Criminal Revision filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 and 3, set aside the order dated 21.11.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nimchak Bathani, in Misc. Case No.16 of 2012 in a proceeding under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for attachment of the land in dispute and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49311 of 2013 dt.07-04-2016 2/2 appointing the Circle Officer as a Receiver in respect of the land in dispute.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court, calling for interference in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
