2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution, 351 liters of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 27.06.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56166 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge II (Excise Act) Darbhanga/concerned court in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 125/2024.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Manigachhi police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
