The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The prosecution case is that 16 accused persons including the petitioner, in the leadership of one Ashok Mishra made indiscriminate firing on Muslim community. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the fact that none received any injury, the co-ordinate Benches of this Court granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Naresh Yadav and Sarwan Yadav vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25264 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 Nos. 30346 of 2015 and 52311 of 2015. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
