JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ---------- 19-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the InformantOpposite Party No.2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.337 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, where the dispute in between the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41139 of 2016 (8) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 petitioner and the informant-Opposite Party no.2 has already been settled.

Learned counsel for the informant-Opposite Party No.2 has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.337 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
