JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 07-09-2018 as stated in paragraph- 11 of the petition and having no criminal antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 590 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 38, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was apprehended by police while he was moving on an auto. Along with petitioner, driver of the auto was also apprehended. From the said auto, about 36 litres of Indian Make Foreign Liquor was shown to be recovered. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
