It appears that, on 03.12.2018, this record was placed before this Bench (Justice Rajendra Kumar Mishra) under the heading "For Admission" and after hearing, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Gulsan Kumar and Promod Kumar were granted privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Jude, Excise Act, Saharsa, in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 448 of 2018 arising out of Basnahi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 and the prayer for bail of petitioner no.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71222 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 3, namely, Birbal Kumar, was rejected for the present, But at the time of creating the order dated 03.12.2018, in this case, due to inadvertence, the name of the concerned Bench has wrongly been selected as "Mr. Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava" due to that reason, in the aforesaid order dated 03.12.2018, at the coram column and at the bottom respectively, in place of "Honourable Mr. Justice Rajendra Kumar Mishra" and "Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J)", "Honourable Mr. Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava" and "Hemant Kumar Srivastava" appeared. In the aforesaid circumstances, in the order dated 03.12.2018, at the coram column and at the bottom respectively, in place of "Honourable Mr. Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava" and "Hemant Kumar Srivastava" it be read as "Honourable Mr. Justice Rajendra Kumar Mishra" and "Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J)" and the order dated 03.12.2018 be deemed to be passed by this Bench.
The order dated 03.12.2018 stands modified accordingly.
