2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 453 of 2022 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.10.2022.

4. Petitioner has been found in possession of stolen motorcycle.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M,

6. The petitioner will visit Parbatta (Bharatkhand) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
