2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 385 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others were involved in the killing of the deceased. Earlier also, an F.I.R. was registered against the petitioner and others co-accused under section 384 and others sections also. The bail application of co-accused Mahendra Modi and Gajendra Modi @ Gajwa have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57931 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 rejected by this Court earlier. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2024.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
