No.1125 of 2014, departmental appeal, preferred by the petitioner, has been disposed of.

In view of the stand, as taken on behalf of the opposite parties-State of Bihar, I do not intend to proceed any further in the present contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.1684 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 proceeding, as this Court's order, dated 24.01.2014, stands substantially complied with.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to challenge the legality of the said order, dated 29.06.2015, before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
