JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 The petitioners are drivers of the referred trucks, which were seized in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.223 of 2016 for alleged violation of the mining laws. Learned counsel for the petitioners informed that the petitioners have not moved the Court concerned to exercise jurisdiction under Section 451 Cr.P.C. and has directly approached this Court under this writ jurisdiction.
Since, the petitioners have appropriate remedy
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.84 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 available, the petitioners are at liberty to move before the Court concerned.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
