JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati in Sherghati P.S.Case No. 377 of 2012, whereby he has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 read with 34 of the Indian Panel Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to challenge the subsequent order passed by the court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya. Leave is granted.

This application is disposed of.
