The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23610 of 2016 to the extent that address of the petitioner be read as resident of village- Nakta, P.S. Motipur, District Muzaffarpur as well as the name of the father of the petitioner is Late Dineshwar Prasad Singh in stead of resident of village- Saraiya, P.S.- Kathaiya, District Muzaffarpur as well as the name of the father of the petitioner as Late Dineshwar Prasad. The said mistake perpetuated in the order from the main petition as it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the address of the petitioner be read as resident of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25551 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 village- Nakta, P.S. Motipur, District Muzaffarpur as well as the name of the father of the petitioner is Late Dineshwar Prasad Singh in stead of resident of village- Saraiya, P.S.- Kathaiya, District Muzaffarpur as well as the name of the father of the petitioner as Late Dineshwar Prasad in connection with Complaint Case No. 854C of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
The order dated 26.05.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
