2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 11(1)(d)(b) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 18 buffaloes were recovered from pick-up van of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
