JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20024 of 2016 to the extent that case was registered under Sections 287 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code, but Final Form/Charge-Sheet was submitted under Section 287, 304 of the Indian Penal Code and consequently cognizance was also taken under Sections 287 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code but it has wrongly been recorded in paragraph-3 of the order dated 20.05.2016 that the Final Report/Charge-Sheet was submitted under Sections 287 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance was also taken in the said Sections of the I.P.C.

The order dated 20.05.2016 stands modified to the extent that Final Report/Charge-Sheet has been submitted under Section 287 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25572 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 and consequently cognizance was also taken in the said Sections of the I.P.C.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
