The order of this Court stands modified by the Division Bench in the Letters Patent Appeal and it is in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench that orders have been passed by the Authorized Officer cum Divisional Forest Officer requiring the

Patna High Court CWJC No.871 of 2017 dt.10-02-2017 petitioners to deposit security, which now aggrieves them. No cause of action arises before this Court in view of the order passed by the Division Bench. The action complained is in tune with the Division Bench directions.
