This application has been filed for extending the period for depositing the money in pursuance of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28103 of 2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.07.2015 on his undertaking that he would deposit 20% of Rs. 23,18,231/- within six months from the date of receipt of the order. It is submitted that petitioner has deposited the aforesaid amount after one month from the stipulated date. The bail bond of the petitioner has already been cancelled. Since the bail bond of the petitioner has already been cancelled, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamur at Bhabhua in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25885 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 Mohania P.S. case No. 145 of 2015, and the court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration that petitioner has already deposited the amount, as directed by this court vide order dated 24.07.2015, and dispose of the bail petition, preferably, on the same day. With this observation, the modification petition is disposed of.
