The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 516 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Chilam, key of Honda motorcycle, one blade in ATM card holder, small piece of cloth and Sutali have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner claims clean antecedent and is n custody since 02.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of recovery of alleged articles and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed.
