JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427, 379, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner made protest for construction of the road and demanded extortion of rupees 20-25 thousand and ultimately took out rupees 25 hundred from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was only protesting against the construction of road on the land of the petitioner. Hence, the case has been lodged with frivolous accusation. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
