The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 504, 353 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, a general meeting was going on in the premises of primary school Pipradih. During

No.53461 of 2022(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/3 that period the two groups started quarreling and the petitioner and her family members abused and snatched the documents of the general meeting and also assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted that the C.D.P.O., Dariyapur inquired into the matter and submitted the report before the District Programme Officer, Saran that some anti social elements had disturbed the proceeding of the meeting and the petitioner had played no role in the same. He has further submitted that the petitioner is female. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53461 of 2022(2) dt.17-01-2023 3/3 the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application stands allowed.
