The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For direction to the respondent concerned to enquire the age of the respondent no. 6 who has been selected as Anganwadi Sewika of Ward No 2, Musahari Tola Anganwadi centre, of Deep West Panchayat, Black Lakhnour, DistrictMadhubani (ii) Further for direction to the respondent concerned that if the allegation against the Respondent No. 6 is found to be true then cancel her selection and at her place appoint the

(iii) For that the private respondent has produced fabricated certificate by the way of suppressing her actual age which has not considered by the respondent authority at the time of appointment and private respondent no.6 selection was done in a mechanical manner.

(iv) For that the private respondent has concealed her actual age in order to get job for the said post though she is over age."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
