2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons snatched a bag of the informant containing amount of Rs.1,03000/- along with one laptop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and police forcibly took the signature of the petitioner on blank paper and later converted it into confessional statement and he

No.56292 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 has no concern with the seized motorcycle bearing registration no.BR-06-DB-1097 and the said motorcycle does not belong to this petitioner. No test identification parade has been conducted before the police. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 7.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
