In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sigori P. S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of same offence.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner in occupation of the illegal liquor.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
