The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the injuries has been caused by sharp cutting weapon on the nose, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This application is dismissed.
