This is second attempt by the petitioner for bail as earlier on 03.05.2018 in Cr. Misc No. 17190 of 2018 his prayer for bail was rejected.

This is a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner one year has elapsed in custody today. He submits that he has been implicated in this case falsely as prior to the occurrence petitioner also had been assaulted by the informant on 25.11.2017 for which FIR has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2018.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIII, Saran at Chapra in Ravilganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
