In this case, the petitioner is seeking the license of PDS shop on compassionate ground, as has been claimed in the writ application that the husband of the petitioner was a license holder and on account of his premature death, under clause 10 of the 2016 Control Order, the petitioner should be given the license on the ground of compassion. After the death of her husband, she has filed an application before the Licensing Authority on 16.11.2016, but no action has been taken by the Licensing Authority.
The Licensing Authority will consider the application
Patna High Court CWJC No.353 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 of the petitioner and take a decision within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
