Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of manufacturing forged permits for allowing the truckers to transport the goods without payment of taxes on the basis of forged permits. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015, pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33876 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.
