2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, 76 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2296 of 2024 arising out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark her attendance at the Rani Talab Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
