JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 31-10-2017 On perusal of the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents-Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna (in

Patna High Court CWJC No.786 of 2017 dt.31-10-2017 2/2 short 'the University'), it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been fully redressed inasmuch as the petitioner-college has been granted affiliation from the Academic Session 2016-17 with an annual intake of 100 for two basic units of 50 students each. The impugned order, dated 28.10.2016, has, thus, become redundant.

2. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the University, informs this Court that a formal communication, with respect to admission of additional 50 students, shall be made to the petitioner-college by today itself. 3.

This application stands disposed of accordingly.
