JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-07-2015 I have perused the order dated 30.06.2015 issued by the B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur in compliance of the order dated 01.12.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order has not been passed in true compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.12.2014 as the petitioner's claim for continuance of their

Patna High Court MJC No.741 of 2015 dt.22-07-2015 2/2 service right from 1981 has been denied without any finding that no such post was sanctioned. I do not find from the order dated 30.06.2015 that there is any deliberate breach of the order of this Court dated 01.12.2014. The petitioner will have liberty either to question the correctness of the said order dated 30.06.2015 or raise his grievance before appropriate authority.

This application is disposed of with observation, as above.
