2. The writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15847 of 2019(9) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 respondents to make the payment of salary to the petitioner from March 2018 to till the date and further for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondent to make the payment of current salary continuously in accordance with law and also for issuance of an appropriate direction to make the payment of dues salary with interest with all consequential benefits relating to financial benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law.
3. Ms. Aditi Sharma, who appears for the B.N. Mandal University, by referring to a bill payment status report, which is a system generated report of Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), Government of Bihar dated 30.06.2026, submits that an amount to the tune of Rs.48,80,490/- was transferred to the Principal, M.L.T. College, Saharsa, who is said to have disbursed the entire amount in favor of all these petitioners and same has been received by all the petitioners, which fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
