It appears from the Annexure 'D' to the show-cause that the case of the petitioner has been considered by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, on 03.05.2016 and it has been held that this petitioner is not eligible for relaxation in age. Thus, no case under the Contempt of Courts Act is made out. The application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of rejection passed by the Commissioner in his regard.
