Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 472, 489(A)(B)(C)(D)(E), 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this pettiioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25694 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49419 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 said order. Let it be kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019.
