JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order, direction quashing the so called amendment and registration thereof by the respondents no. 2 and 3 holding the same as illegal, void and in violation of rules of natural justice (ii) For commanding the respondents not to interfere with, in any way with the power and functions of the petitioners and other members, as contained in Annexure-1."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other
