1. The Writ petition is filed to challenge the entire proceedings of Certificate Case No. 125/201819 (Trade, BR 1TC 64 to 99), (2 Wheeler) in the office of District Certificate Officer, Patna Division, Patna including the notice issued under Section 7 of Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 dated 05.09.2018, by which the firm has been asked to
Patna High Court CWJC No.15662 of 2019 dt.15-10-2025 2/3 submit a show cause as to why a certificate amounting for Rs. 4,28,000/- should not be issued against him.
2. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.
3. During the course of arguments, the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to file a fresh objection under Section 9 of the PDR Act and sought direction that the respondent authorities shall pass an appropriate order under Section 10 of the said Act.
4. Taking into consideration, that the petitioner intends to file a detailed objection before the respondent No. 2 along with all relevant documents, this Court directs the petitioner to file objection within two months from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the respondent No. 2 shall pass appropriate speaking order within three months thereafter. It is needless to say that before passing any such order, the petitioner shall be given a fair opportunity of hearing.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition is disposed of.
