2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022 dated 25.10.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Vijay Kumar, along with two unknown persons are alleged to have came and assaulted the informant with fists and slaps. He also fired from his pistol, but the informant escaped. Thereafter, 8-9 miscreant armed with weapons came to the door of the informant on four motorcycles and they started firing

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has been transpired in this case during the course of investigation. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has eight criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner was remanded in this case from Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 657 of 2024 and he is in custody since 20.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022, with a condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61164 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
