The petitioner being the mother-in-law apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
In view of the fact that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against this petitioner and also that the allegations as made out in the First Information Report, are vague and indistinct and no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26878 of 2016 (3) dt.16-08-2016 P2/2 of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 257of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
