The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.08.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-III, Bagaha, West Champaran, in Trial No. 595 of 2019 (G.R. No. 192 of 2013) whereby the learned Magistrate has rejected the discharge application of the petitioner.

In the impugned order, all the materials have been considered by the Court below, which have come against the petitioner during the course of investigation and the same warrants the trial of the petitioner. At this stage, this Court will
