JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 326, 307/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. Taking note of this fact that petitioner and other accused are said to have lit fire on the person of the deceased as a result of which she died in course of her treatment, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner.
