Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of coaccused-Sajjan Mishra. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. During investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2020. Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, in this case there is no substantial material against the petitioner and investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10218 of 2021(2) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra Police Station Case No.529 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
