The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018, registered under Sections 392 and 34 of IPC. The petitioner was in custody in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, during which he has been made an accused in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's implication is false and any admission, said to have been made by the petitioner before the police is without any basis. It is also submitted that similarly circumstanced coaccused Sanoj Tanti has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 08.10.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62700 of 2018.
